I found this zumba new York class that I joined about a month ago. I really wanted to get involved with a fitness class so I could work on getting fit before the holidays came around. I knew that it was time to get my butt in gear if I was going to look good for all of the parties that I have to go to this year. I really wanted to look better than I have in years because there is a guy that I work with that is going to be at a few of the parties that I have to go to. I was able to find a class through a website and it was really close to my apartment. I have been going to the class two times a week and really like many of the girls that are in my class. It is the best thing I have done in a long time.

I wonder why my boss assigns us some of the projects that he does. I don’t know if the things he asks us to compile into presentations are legitimate concerns for our company or if it’s just stuff he wants to know. The presentation he assigned to me this week was on how to get flat belly. It seemed easy enough, at least it wasn’t how to harness the wind or something like that. I started putting the information together; the usual stuff, steps to changing your diet, tips to reduce water retention and exercises to isolate your abs. One of my co workers, I have no idea what that poor guy had to present, hollered in at me, “You know we have to demonstrate the steps.” Oh perfect, I thought. I paid more attention to what I was researching and figured out that it wasn’t hard to actually do. The hard part was getting started.

I think that it is a lot more than important to get your body in shape. This is exactly what I think about myself just as well, and my friends have been the ones who told me this about four years ago when I was not in good shape at all. I finally figured out that I should get myself into the shape that I needed it to be. This is what I did. Instead of working out at the gym, I bought myself a work out machine to work out on in my very own home. I really do like this kind of thing better than the gym thing. I bought myself a very nice but cheap exercise bike. I was very happy that I was able to get my hands on a cheap exercise bike. I have been working out on this work out machine almost everyday since I bought it.

I have been wondering whether I would really need the Bodylastics workout. My friends have been telling me that my figure is fine but there is really something telling me that it isn’t. I am not contented with it and I know that it can be improved with the proper program.

Because of my perfectionism, I ordered one online and I waited for positive results.

The first few days were fine since I was able to adopt with the changes. There are so many things I have learned through this workout and I hope that other people would notice that one. It contains a lot of DVDs that can real yelp you put some shape into your body. There is no way that you wouldn’t lose your extra calories with the amount of sweat you’re losing every routine.

Perhaps this is the reason why it has been so effective. I wish other people can also try this at home!

I’ve never been a hard-core athletic guru. But I do try to take care of myself. Even more so after I had my son because now every time I look at him there is no way I could think about not being healthy enough to be around to see them go up. One thing my little angel did give me was a little belly pouch as I call it. I have been using my exercise belt for stomach tightening and hoping that will work over time.

Because I am not big on doing crunches and situps every single day. I have noticed is a small difference with using the exercise belt just around the house while I am doing housework, so maybe that is an indication that I am on the right path. And who knows maybe when he gets older I will decide to join a gym and really begin to work out and get my body back to normal.

Some days are better than others. I have been diagnosed with Lupus now for three years and it seems like everyday would be a struggle, but I have found that using an inversion table on a regular basis does seem to help with the discomfort at least. The most pain I feel is in the morning, so it is nice to eliminate that at least. I realize I will never conquer this disease forever, but to find a bit of relief is worth it in my book.

You would think it would be crazy to actually have an inversion table in my bedroom, but it actually helps tremendously. My husband laughs at me because there have been times he wakes up and finds me inverted in the middle of the night! But like I explained to him, you will do anything to find relief when you are in true pain.
